From Vison to Victory

What began as a dream in the minds of some forward thinking church leadership became a vision for an entire church. The vision became a plan, the plan became an opportunity for sacrifice and giving, and it all culminated with a packed house worshiping Jesus Christ in our new building. Praise God for his goodness! (Click on photos to enlarge.)

A full house for the first worship service

Eight baptisms!

Parking was like Wal-Mart two days before Christmas.

This will be the last post for Woodland Builds. Now that the building is complete, you're invited to come out to 545 Crabtree Road and see the real thing for yourself. How does next Sunday at 10:30 a.m. sound?

John, you have done a great job with this blog; it's sorta sad to see it end, yet how bright the future looks when God is given his rightful place in our plans and dreams whatever they may be. -T

Awesome..The Lord is good and He has blessed the fruits of your labor.
I am going to miss checking in here to watch the progress. They have been great pictures and thank you for giving me a peek into the Church's life.

It does look like you have a full house, so to speak. We have a new church here and it is huge and was just finished. Now, this summer they have added an addition that is half as big as the original church. It is impressive.
