From Vison to Victory

What began as a dream in the minds of some forward thinking church leadership became a vision for an entire church. The vision became a plan, the plan became an opportunity for sacrifice and giving, and it all culminated with a packed house worshiping Jesus Christ in our new building. Praise God for his goodness! (Click on photos to enlarge.)

A full house for the first worship service

Eight baptisms!

Parking was like Wal-Mart two days before Christmas.

This will be the last post for Woodland Builds. Now that the building is complete, you're invited to come out to 545 Crabtree Road and see the real thing for yourself. How does next Sunday at 10:30 a.m. sound?

John, you have done a great job with this blog; it's sorta sad to see it end, yet how bright the future looks when God is given his rightful place in our plans and dreams whatever they may be. -T

Awesome..The Lord is good and He has blessed the fruits of your labor.
I am going to miss checking in here to watch the progress. They have been great pictures and thank you for giving me a peek into the Church's life.

It does look like you have a full house, so to speak. We have a new church here and it is huge and was just finished. Now, this summer they have added an addition that is half as big as the original church. It is impressive.

UNBORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS? BY STEVE FINNELL

Are there unborn again Christians? No, no, absolutely not. So how can men become born again Christians? All Christians are born again. The question is, how do people become Christians?

YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN. John 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."(NKJV)

There are no unborn Christians.

John 3:4 Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"(NKJV)

Being born by natural birth is not being born again; therefore Jesus was not talking about water baptism when referring to the new birth. Water baptism is part of the new birth. Water baptism is not being born of woman.

John 3:5 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. (NKJV)

In order to enter the kingdom of God men must be born of water and the Spirit. Jesus was not saying you must be born of the water of natural birth to become born again. BEING BORN OF A WOMAN IS NOT BEING BORN AGAIN. Again always means again. Again never means the first time.

There are no unborn Christians. After Jesus was resurrected from the grave He told us all how to become born again, Mark 16:16 "He who believes and is baptized will be saved....(NKJV)

THERE ARE NO UNBORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS.

HOW TO BECOME BORN AGAIN.
1. FAITH John 3:16
2. REPENTANCE Acts 3:19
3. CONFESSION Romans 10:9-10
4. WATER BAPTISM Acts 2:38, 1 Peter 3:21, Acts 22:16, Mark 16:16, Romans Chapter 6.
